Terms and Conditions
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase please contact us immediately upon receipt of your delivery. We will then advise you of the best return method for your item. Once returned we will exchange your item or if the item is out of stock we will then refund you for item. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any delivery costs.
For health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept any returns for earrings and body jewellery, this way all of our customers know that the items they are receiving are brand new and unworn. We go to great lengths to check every item before it is despatched. However if an item is found to be faulty please contact us immediately upon receipt.
Please note: Any item shiny or with a crystal/glass nature is difficult to acheive exact shade uniformity whilst photographing - we have made every effort to give as realistic an impression here as possible. However, different screens and different resolutions offer different shades and we advise you to use the shades depicted as a guide only. Images may not be displayed as actual size. All sizes descriptions and measurements are approximate and for guidance only.
We accept credit and debit cards through Paypal's secure payment process.
However, we understand that not everyone wishes to use this.
We are more than welcome for you to send your order along with a cheque made payable to 'Perfectly You'. If you choose this method please allow 5 working days before your order is despatched. We also accept postal orders.
